Which KPIs Actually Prove Impact to Leadership?
Despite a decade long discussion, no true standards to measure the value and impact of Medical Affairs beyond measuring quantity (e.g. number of MSL interactions, number of publications) are established. Capturing clinical adoption and closing of care gaps as ultimate goals remains elusive for most companies.
